This program aims to develop skills in designing training curricula and programs in accordance with the latest international standards and methodologies, ensuring the provision of effective and influential training that meets the needs of individuals and institutions.

The program focuses on Training Needs Analysis (TNA), setting learning objectives according to the SMART model, as well as planning and designing training modules using innovative methods such as interactive learning, experiential training, and project-based learning (PBL).

Participants will learn how to design integrated training materials including presentations, training guides, interactive activities, and case studies, with a focus on modern digital technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training.

The methods of evaluating training programs using models such as Kirkpatrick, and measuring the return on investment (ROI) in training will also be addressed, ensuring maximum benefit for trainees and improving institutional performance.
